Royal Palm Residence | Miami Beach | FL
The project is a new custom 3,500 sf two storey residence located in Miami Beach. Due to the narrow and linear nature of the site, the design resulted in the development of layered facades composed of porches, balconies, and terraces. The gradating outdoor – indoor rooms unfold from the public street frontage to the private pool garden in the rear yard.
